Small Groups: An important aspect of our church life. They are an opportunity for us to get to know Jesus better, grow in our faith, and get to know each other.

Nurture

Disciple-making Team: Form small groups that multiply disciples; Sunday School (all ages) focused on transformation, Youth Group, Children’s Ministry, & Nursery

Worship Planning Team: Plan all worship elements (greeters, ushers, music, choir, handbells, welcome center); provide opportunities for people to use their musical/artistic gifts in worship

Prayer Team: Wednesday prayer gatherings; pray with people Sundays & Fridays; learn about prayer

Care Team: Pastoral care through prayer, visits (home/hospital/care facilities), cards, calls
Outreach
Witness

Certified Lay Ministry (Awaken Lay Equipping): Attend Allegheny West training; deepen discipleship & lay ministry

Vacation Bible School (or similar): Outreach to kids/families with worship, teaching, fun!

Mission Team
Auxiliary

Maintenance: Carpentry, electrical, landscaping, etc., care for building/grounds

Cleaning Crew: Rotating teams for detailed cleaning (vacuum, dust, etc.)
